Our expert team will be on hand to demonstrate to visitors how we use these components to improve the concrete production process in the following areas:
Attend James Bullock's Seminar Session
Unlocking concrete batch plant potential. The benefits of a process led approach.
Session Content: Many concrete batch plants in operation throughout the UK aren’t performing to their full potential. Identifying what improvements will make the greatest impact is critical to driving better overall operational efficiency. Our seminar will show why changing perspective and taking a process led view of the plant helps inform pro-active decision making on plant investment and maintenance issues.
Developed through our experience within the industry, James Bullock will showcase ‘Make it better’, a simple, structured approach to analysing plant problems and eradicating process bottlenecks. The presentation will include best practice examples showing how solving relatively minor production process problems not only delivers better plant efficiency, but also impacts on safety, product quality, environmental compliance and staff welfare.
