Nick White joins as National Process Improvement Manager
The team at ConSpare are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick White, who joins us as National Process Improvement Manager.
Bringing a wealth of concrete industry experience with him, Nick will be heading up the Process Improvement team to spearhead our Make it better approach. In the role Nick will be working alongside our industry experts to help clients transform their concrete production processes, both at individual plant level and across regions or businesses.
Decades of Experience
With almost 30 years in the industry, Nick started his career in concrete technology, later moving into logistics, sales and operational roles both Nationally and Internationally. He has spent the past three years working in the Middle East as Commercial and Operations Manager of a concrete block plant, readymix and pre-cast business. Before this Nick, and his family, spent 4 years in New Zealand as the Area Manager for Firth Industries running their Northland readymix business.
Nick’s vast experience means he has an in-depth understanding of the end to end concrete production process.
Nick said:
“The industry has faced the same challenges for years. ConSpare’s ‘Make it Better’ philosophy is inspiring change across the industry by applying a process led approach, and I’m proud to be part of that”.
Ties with ConSpare
Interestingly, Nick has familial ties with ConSpare. His father Tony White MBE bought a concrete batch plant from Jim Bullock, father to James, ConSpare’s Managing Director in the 1980’s.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and son, spending weekends walking their family dog.
When Nick’s not busy fulfilling family duties, he’s taking on charity challenges. His last, a trek up Ben Nevis for Kidney Research, raised funds upwards of £800.
We’re delighted to be welcoming Nick to the team and wish him every success in his new role.
