To complement our leading range of twinshaft mixer wear parts and breakdown components, we can now offer a trouble-free installation service throughout the UK via ConSpare approved sub-contractor, Impact Engineering.

Twinshaft Mixers

Twinshaft mixers are commonly thought of as a tricky machine to maintain. The mixing tools are extremely heavy and difficult to handle, and working in the confined mixing trough can be challenging.

We have built an extensive range of high-quality replacement wear parts and components designed to reduce maintenance downtime, much of which is available ex-stock in the UK, for a wide range of twinshaft mixers, including:

The range typically includes mixing blades and scrapers, mixing arms, lining tiles, and associated components such as shaft seals. The majority of the range is manufactured from high quality abrasion resistant cast steel, but as UK specialist for mixer spares, we’re also able to provide Hawiflex® polyurethane and Ultra tungsten carbide mixing blades and scrapers for selected mixers.

As part of our Supply & Fit offering we have teamed with leading installation contractor Julian Wilkins and the team at Impact Engineering, who are highly experienced in twinshaft mixer maintenance and concrete batch plant maintenance as a whole.

As a ConSpare approved sub-contractor, Impact Engineering are available UK wide to install our twinshaft mixer components and undertake twinshaft mixer refurbs.
