Hydro-View is an intuitive, standalone, moisture display unit that has been designed to work with the Hydronix range of sensors. Featuring a colour touch screen, it displays real time on-line process measurements for both moisture and temperature and can display measurements from up to 6 sensors on one screen. In addition, its simple interface provides a quick and easy method to calibrate and configure Hydronix sensors.

Available in both panel and wall mounting configurations, Hydro-View may be integrated as part of a new control system or as an upgrade to an existing system.

The bigger 10.1” Hydro-View 5 can communicate with up to 16 sensors at one time and its main page supports up to 6 screen areas, each of which is configurable to display a trend graph or numeric display of measurements from any connected sensor. This provides the user with the ability to see measurements from either the same sensor or up to 6 sensors without the need to change between screens.

The intuitive multi-point calibration feature of the Hydro-View enables the sensor to be easily and precisely calibrated to the material being measured. Multiple material calibrations can be stored for each sensor, allowing rapid recalculation if the material being measured is changed.

This latest generation includes additional connectivity options. An ethernet port with web browser interface / web API is included, allowing easy remote access to the moisture measurement equipment. Optional Fieldbus connection is available for further process integration.

Alternatively, where existing network PC equipment is available, the new Hydro-Hub interface unit can be used.
