This latest development opens the opportunity to use settled recycled (grey) water within the automated cleaning cycle of a Walter Mixer Washout System. The system can utilise the recycled water available on-site without comprising performance or service-life of the washout. Using a typical Walter Mixer Washout System on a standard automated wash cycle, the CleverSwitch will use 800 litres of recycled water and only 200 litres of fresh water – a fresh water saving of 80%.
