WE RECENTLY HELPED A BLOCK PRODUCER IMPROVE THE WEAR LIFE OF THEIR MIXER FLOOR PLATES BY INSTALLING ALPHAPLATE

In our latest case study, a maintenance supervisor for a leading manufacturer producing concrete blocks wanted to reduce the amount of maintenance carried out on their planetary mixer.  The wear life achieved from the standard OEM grade floor plates was around two years before replacement plates were required. By installing AlphaPlate hardweld coated mixer wear plates, their wear plate service life has increased to 10 years.
