We are pleased to announce a new installation & maintenance partnership with Response Engineering Solutions Limited

ConSpare is pleased to announce a new partnership which further increases support to concrete producers looking to improve the performance of their plant.

We’re partnering with Response Engineering Solutions, who will provide additional high-quality installation and maintenance support options to ConSpare customers throughout the South of England and Wales.

The tie-in makes it easier than ever before to get ConSpare’s products installed and maintained, ensuring you’re free to select the optimum equipment or component required to improve your concrete plant and production process.

Response Engineering Solutions

Response Engineering Solutions Ltd provide specialist mechanical and electrical engineering services to material processing industries, including concrete production, quarrying, aggregates, and asphalt.

Response employ a large team of skilled and trained operatives, who are widely experienced in the fields of on-site and workshop based welding, fabrications, fault-finding, inspection and testing, preventative and emergency maintenance as well as major project installations.

Our Partnership – Problem solving products, expert installation.

We work closely with a number of well-respected concrete batch plant manufacturers and site maintenance contractors, and having worked with Response Engineering for many years this new partnership will provide further access to on-site installation and maintenance services for our concrete producing client base.

Response Engineering Solutions will provide prompt, professional and effective installation and maintenance services for ConSpare products throughout South East England, South West England, and South Wales. As a partner, the Response team receive in-depth training for our products. This ensures best practice is used when installing and maintaining our equipment, providing an efficient service to customers which optimises the performance of the kit.

If you need an expert partner to undertake the installation and maintenance of concrete batch plant equipment and spare parts supplied by ConSpare, then Response Engineering Solutions are on-hand to help. Examples of areas of co-operation include:

Upgrading concrete mixing equipment and maintaining concrete mixers:

• Mixing equipment upgrades – including Walter Cleaning System and CDX Mixer Venting Filter installations
• Mixer refurbishment, wear part replacement and breakdown support

Wear lining and flow lining installation:

• Re-lining bins, chutes, and hoppers with Hawiflex® polyurethane, Matrox polyethylene and Tega ceramics
• ConeFlex conical chute liner installation and chute conversion
