ConSpare are on the move in 2022. Brand new premises purchased at Castlewood Business Park.

Following 40 years of successful operation at our warehouse and office premises in Pinxton, ConSpare have invested in a brand-new home at the Castlewood Business Park development. The move will take place in the spring of 2022 and allows us to stock even more products to support the industry.

From Pinxton to Castlewood Gateway

Castlewood Gateway, situated at Castlewood Business Park in Nottinghamshire, is a purpose built 19,438 sq ft warehouse and office building. The new premises are located 2 miles away from our current HQ in Pinxton, and sit within a prominent development which is less than 5 minutes away from Junction 28 of the M1. The move is scheduled to take place in spring 2022, with building works well under way.

Investing in stock, facilities, and people

The move to Castlewood Gateway is a significant step forward for ConSpare and supports our future growth plans. Critically, it allows for further expansion of our comprehensive UK stockholding of concrete production equipment and spare parts. An increase of ~400% in warehousing capacity will allow us to stock even more components for our customers, ensuring fast despatches and low delivery costs. In particular, we’ll continue to invest in our stockholding of concrete mixer spares and wear parts, to keep this key piece of the concrete batch plant up and running for longer with less maintenance downtime.

The modern premises will also feature a 20-person conference room and best practice demonstration room displaying our process improving products. These first-class facilities, in addition to the central location, make it an excellent destination for our customers to visit, and also potentially hold their own operational meetings.

James Bullock, Managing Director, ConSpare commented:

“The move to Castlewood will form the cornerstone of our relentless drive to improve the industry’s foremost process improvement and spare parts support service. It provides the perfect platform to continue to grow and develop the business and futureproof our operations for the next 40 years.”

“The location is ideal, and the chance to plan the building ‘from the ground up’ allows us to implement many improvements to the business going forward. Castlewood will also provide a great environment for our employees to work within.

We’re sure our customers will also love our enhanced meeting facilities and best practice demonstration room, where we’ll showcase how we help to Make it better!”’
