FRIFLO IMPACT BARS

Friflo impact bars support conveyor belts at loading points, helping prevent belt damage and minimising belt wear. The bars absorb energy from the falling material and help guide the belt with minimal interference. Belt sag is also eradicated, vastly improving the effectiveness of belt sealing solutions. Our system is rugged, reliable and extremely simple to maintain.

Impact Bars. Triple layered construction connected through hot vulcanisation:

  • Top layer – extremely low friction polyethylene surface. Minimal interference with belt.
  • Middle layer – special 60 Shore rubber compound with excellent impact absorption.
  • Bottom layer – sturdy aluminium profile for easy & secure clamping of bar onto frame.

Impact Beds / Cradles. Easy to fit and maintain.

  • Retrofit into virtually any conveyor system.
  • Removable & adjustable side sections allow quick & simple maintenance of the impact bars.
