Weigh hoppers play a critical role in the efficient operation of any batch plant. In the event that pressure or vacuum are present in the weigh hopper during the weighing process, plant efficiency can be dramatically affected. We offer a range of venting solutions depending upon the physical size, volume and rate of fill of the weigh hopper.
WAM’s reverse jet weigh hopper filter units are compact, offer advanced dust filtration technology for high efficiency and feature weather protection. HOPPERTOP is a space saving venting filter for hoppers holding less than 1 tonne and utilises a 1m² filter cartridge. HOPPERJET is suitable for larger hoppers holding more than 1 tonne and features a 2m² polypleat cartridge.
HopperFix is a simple, low cost venting filter which helps minimise dust escaping to the atmosphere on small hoppers and vessels. Using a unique push-fit 0.9m² cartridge and mounting spigot. HopperFix is quick, simple to install & maintain. The compact design and footprint make it suitable for even the tightest of mounting positions.
